In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings stated below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" or "inz9" — refers to the inz9.vip website, mobile app, and all digital services provided under the inz9 brand.
• "Member" or "User" — any individual who has registered a valid account at inz9 and is using the platform's services.
• "Account" — the user account individually registered by each Member to access the inz9 platform.
• "Balance" — the amount of funds in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) available in a Member's account that can be used for gaming or withdrawn.
• "Bonus" — any credits, free cash, free spins, or other incentives granted by inz9 to Members based on stipulated conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times the bonus or deposit amount must be wagered in games before a withdrawal is permitted.
• "KYC" — the Know Your Customer (KYC) process that requires verification of a Member's identity through valid official documents.
• "RNG" — Random Number Generator (RNG) used to ensure game outcomes are fair and unpredictable.

Access to the inz9 platform is limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. inz9 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend accounts that do not meet the requirements.

2.1 Age Requirement

This is an absolute requirement with no exceptions under any circumstances. inz9 conducts periodic age checks through the KYC process. Any account found to belong to an underage user will be suspended immediately and all balances will be forfeited in line with our underage user protection policy.

Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, IP addresses, or payment methods — are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all related accounts and forfeiture of balances without prior notice.

2.3 Regional Restrictions

Inz9 targets the Malaysian market. Accessing the platform from regions with legal restrictions on online gaming is entirely the user's own responsibility. inz9 is not liable for any legal implications arising from accessing the platform from a restricted region.

Your inz9 account is personal and non-transferable to any other party. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3.1 Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your account password secure and never sharing it with anyone. inz9 will not request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact our support team immediately.

4.1 Deposits

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal is RM 50 and the daily maximum depends on your account level and VIP status.
• Withdrawals will only be processed once KYC verification is fully completed.
• Withdrawal processing time is between 1 to 3 working hours, depending on the payment method and the finance team's workload.
• Your first withdrawal using a new payment method may require additional verification for security purposes.
• Inz9 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals for security review purposes if suspicious activity is detected on an account.

Inz9 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing Members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that must be met before withdrawals are permitted.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Every bonus issued by inz9 comes with a specified wagering requirement. A wagering requirement means you must wager the bonus amount in games a set number of times before the bonus funds can be converted into withdrawable balance. • Welcome bonuses typically carry a wagering requirement of 15x to 30x the bonus value.
• Cashback and rebates generally carry no wagering requirement or a significantly lower one.

5.2 Bonus Abuse Prohibition

6.1 Game Fairness

6.2 Technical Disruptions

To maintain a fair and safe environment for all Members, the following are strictly prohibited on the inz9 platform:

• Registering more than one active account under your own name or using another person's information.
• Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tools to play or access the platform.
• Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt the systems or infrastructure of the inz9 platform.
• Player collusion to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources for deposits.
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Abusing the bonus or promotion system in a manner inconsistent with the intended purpose of the promotion.
• Any form of threats, harassment, or inappropriate language directed at inz9 support staff.

Inz9 reserves the right to suspend or close any Member account at any time without prior notice if there is reasonable cause to do so, including but not limited to a breach of any terms and conditions set out in this document.

8.1 Account Closure by Member

Members may close their account at any time by contacting the inz9 customer support team. Before closure is processed, all outstanding wagering requirements must be fulfilled and any pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with standard procedures. Eligible balances will be returned to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.

8.2 Account Closure by inz9

In cases of account closure due to fraud, abuse, or serious breach of these terms, inz9 reserves the right to forfeit all balances including deposits and bonuses without any compensation. Account closure decisions made on security or fraud grounds are final.

Inz9 is not liable for any financial losses incurred by Members through gaming activities, whether resulting from unfavorable game outcomes, technical disruptions, or other circumstances beyond inz9's direct control.
